During a commanding showing, England wrapped up one more win against Albania, with multiple squad members turning in memorable displays on the pitch.

Starting Eleven

Dean Henderson Not a save required in the first half before forced to intervene from an opponent's curled attempt. A sliding intervention against an Albanian attacker highlighted sharp game intelligence. 6/10

Jarell Quansah Tested against Albania’s main danger through their forward. Started more centrally to begin with later drifted to the flank once Saka was introduced. 7/10

John Stones Pushed into midfield on the ball, a familiar role in the past. Sometimes seemed hesitant on the ball with the tactic was shelved after the break. 6

Dan Burn A constant threat from dead balls, as always, perhaps is another option for his teammate in defense instead of alongside him. A careless distribution after the break almost led to the first goal from the visitors. Six

Nico O’Reilly One more confident performance from the youngster following his first cap versus another side. Saka was unable to take the most of an exquisite touch behind their defense. The left-back spot is firmly his already. 7

Adam Wharton His first start in an England shirt. Slightly careless in possession but his whipped deliveries caused problems. A handy pace-controller available to the boss to have versus teams who drop deep. Cautioned for a rash foul. 6/10

Declan Rice Set-pieces on corner kicks and free kicks caused problems. Enjoyed room to move down the left flank but was offside upon receiving in front of goal. Granted a well-earned substitution after an hour. 6/10

The star midfielder Functioned in a high position down the right and also did plenty of defensive duties. Displayed glimpses of brilliance but mishit an effort wide. Replaced in the closing stages for Rogers, his competition, after receiving a caution. 7

The winger Had the team's clearest opportunity of the first half, his strike smartly stopped by the Albanian keeper. As a teammate hanging back, he had to provide width down the right side yet his deliveries from the touchline were hit and miss. Replaced late in the match. 6/10

Harry Kane The decisive figure scoring two more goals at international level. His first a typical close-range tap-in while the second a superb header having drifted away away from the opposition. Now 32, his form is unwavering and England stand a real opportunity in the upcoming tournament when he's in the team. 8

The attacker Had difficulty to make an impact on the left flank. Was presented with a decent opportunity after being played in by the midfielder but the keeper made the save. His replacement produced a bigger influence in his place. Five
